About Kim

Kimberly Moore is the face of resiliency. Originally from West Virginia, she speaks on a national level regarding domestic violence, drug addiction, and community violence.

Kim knows what’s it’s like to be in a dark place, and believes that when you have been brought out of the darkness it is your duty and responsibility to be a light for others.
The pain she has experienced has been turned into purpose. Kim serves on various boards and initiatives in the Louisville community, defending victims of domestic abuse, addiction, homelessness, and community violence. Currently, she is a Community Connector working with 25-35 year olds and helping to sustain families in the Russell neighborhood. She has spoken nationally about issues that plague communities.
She is trained facilitator for Love Notes, which is a healthy relationship curriculum through the KENT School of Social Work at University of Louisville. She is in the process of going back to college to continue her education.

Public Speaking

Kim speaks about personal resiliency, what it is like to work in violent areas, and the impact that violence has in the people doing the work. She delivers words that seek to impact and promote change in individuals and communities.

Team Building Services

Kim works to teach individuals how to be effective messengers in the midst of a workplace environment. She believes that connecting purpose and passion changes the game for all involved.

Conflict-Resolution Counseling

Kim works to help others learn how to bring calm in the midst of workplace chaos and teach them how to most effectively coexist as unique individuals while seeking to work together respectfully for the good of the team.
